Permission is also granted to any future added functionalities of the offering at login. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
1) modify or copy the software application or any of its components, parts or objects; 2) use the the software application for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); 3) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software application (URPPS™ or eBSy™ or any other software) contained on Ecotert's Site; 4) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the software application or any of its components, parts or objects; or 5) transfer to another person or "mirror" on any other server, the software application or any of its components, parts or objects.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ecotert at any time. Upon terminating or upon the termination of this license, your access to the software application or any of its components, parts or objects will be restricted.
